Day Two of Fashion Week in Toronto

Today's shows include:
Diesel Kid,
Jason Meyers,
Karamea,
Aqua di Lara,
NADA,
Joeffer Caoc,
Bustle,
David Dixon

The hottest event in town will most likely be at Brant House tonight where Elmer Olsen and his flee of uber skinny models will be strutting Betsey Johnson's Spring/Summer 2009 collection. The runway/party will be celebrating Betsey's 30 years in fashion. She's such a inspiration! Cheers to her!

Recap from last night-- Legendary Canadian designer Alfred Sung kicked things off with bridal wear.
Mango collaborator Monica Cruz was in town promoting her line. Spanish influences and lots of dresses dominated the show. I dig this look of a cozy sweater/jacket with a evening dress.
Best of the night happens to be Pink Tartan who followed the trend of Mad Men/early sixties inspired garments. I think these looks will start to translate into the masses soon enough.
